Comic-con Reflections
Posted By: nrrfed, 02-14-2014, 06:26 PM

I was wandering around the New Orleans Comic-con looking for shots when I saw this awesome scene unfold in front of me. The gentleman you see in the middle area was walking in from the right and I knew I had to catch him mid-walk. I really like how this one turned out so I hope you do too!

Nice shot, the reflection adds to the character of this shot.

Yep like it, how many other shots did you get with him not quite right.

Just one besides the one I posted I knew I wanted him in the middle so two shots was all I needed.

And thanks!

Good job. Waiting paid off for you. Must have been difficult with the lighting and all those reflective surfaces.

You did really well, I'd have a good handful of shots.

We attended Wizard World Comic Con in New Orleans! We went on Saturday to see Matt Smith, Stan Lee & Alan Tudyk. We also stayed all the way until the end of the costume contest.

Nice!! We were there for Matt Smith as well. I saw one person the whole time I was there with a Pentax and we both noticed each others cameras at the same time. Go team!

So there was a third Pentax there?!

We were pretty high up in the risers for Matt Smith. There's 5 of us, so I was NOT paying for VIP.
