Macro Abstracto - What do you think?

So it was too windy to do any bug hunting today... So a played around with the macro in the house... do any of these work for anyone?

wow I love the first one! How did you get those colors in the background?

Thanks xs400, I am very happy with how the colors came out on these. There are some shot in overcast skylight and two in full sun, which really changes how the color pops.

It is macromagic... One of the nicest things about playing with macro abstacts is that your Backgrounds are very small and you can play around with lots of options for OOF color.

The first shot is a new quarter standing on its side with an fresh orange as a backdrop. It was shot at an angle so the orange is shaded by the quarter on one side (darker orange color) and straight window light on the other side.

The red shot has a rose behind it as "OOF Backdrop"

The subjects are kinda strange, but I love the colours and composition!
