What a gloomy winterday!
Lens: Tamron SP AF28-75mm F/2.8 XR Di LD Camera: Pentax K-5 II Photo Location: Southern Finland ISO: 800 Shutter Speed: 1/750s Aperture: F5

Hello folks!
Let this be my first photo here. Having seen your beautiful, colourfull photos, I feel a little sad not being able to give you anything like that. In this time of year everything is just a mixture of grey and brown. This winter we even have a shortage of snow in Finland.

I had my chance to test my new camera, when I was walking our dog yesterday. She is a tibetan terrier and loves snow and cold weather. A happy creature and a most challenging object to take photos

This photo has been cropped, added some sharpness and lights adjusted before converting to jpeg.

Interesting shot - that's hardly recognisable as a dog!

Believe me, the rear of this fellow has become very thoroughly photographed She is so quick and her fur is at constant movement. The photos tend to be rather surrealistic.
Pets are gods gift to us dilettante photographers.

That is so true. She sure looks like she is having fun. Welcome and I hope to see more of your images.

It's crazy that the snow is so much everywhere up north and our temp gets to 77 degrees today. Not expecting that.
