Just look at those hood louvres or are they maybe even separate wee doors I guess for engine cooling.

They are louvre/doors and could be opened separately, probably each one houses a spider like small apartments.

This sits in the back of the Stolz Memorials business property where they carve gravestones/headstones and monuments. It is within walking distance of my house. I actually ask the manager inside for permission to photograph it! She said sure photograph away! The winch truck was used to set the headstones and monuments on the graves way back when.
