Corgi
Lens: Zeiss Sonnar 135mm f/3.5 Camera: K-5 IIs

Last time I posted a dog park thread, @rrstuff asked for Corgi.

Well, I found one last weekend. Here ya go! You're right, they are really happy dogs. According to Welsh legend, Corgis are the preferred mounts of woodland fairies. Seems appropriate.

I'd like to share two others from that day, too. This lens is a little long for my tastes, but it does have something special to it. It's nice and small for a 135mm, too. Way smaller than that Helios 40 I like using.

This little girl was running around, and Carrie-Anne the crazy Coonhound gave her a great big smooch. Yuck!

But what about the little girl with the cherry-pants and snail jacket?

I forgot to add, it's the warrior fairies who ride Corgis in Wales. I guess feisty is a good thing for a war-mount. I must say, you share that island of yours with some interesting characters.

Scotland and Wales have produced my ideal of manly character traits, and from Presbyters came I think the best of them. It is a hard challenge, and true. Alas, I am but a Lowlander, though my Cameron wife has well-bestirred the gene pool for our children. Yet Wales gave us Corgi's and Scotland gave us Westies, the better to brighten our hearts (and transport our ethereal spirits).

Her mama dresses her as befits a 'Real Character' in the making.

Wow stirring stuff, it's a bit like the call to arms, "They can take our lives, but they will never take our freedom" aka Braveheart.

Yeah, probably.

But then again, they're only dogs. Herders and Ratters at that!!

She does! Definitely pizzazz. I'll bet she insisted on the cherry & snail combo.
