Thanks for pointing that out. What is happening is actually Flickr over-sharpening reduced images. I had already fixed up her skin (Portraiture) and it looks fine at any size I try in Lightroom. But inspecting the different image sizes in Flickr I see exaggerated contrast in her pores and it looks pretty crappy.

I'll probably just upload a properly sized image here to fix it, but I'm going to have experiment with Flickr. Grrr!
