When the weather warmed up the local flower stand appeared again, how warm did it get? The lady was wearing shorts.

Bouganvillea's are a favorite of mine, but I can't have them here in Atlanta.... thanks for the pics!

Shorts, with a jacket? The warmth of the flowers probably kept her comfortable. Wonderful color!

The long sleeves with shorts style seems to be popular here, I feel it defeats the point of wearing either one but oh well, lol. We were at 80* that day! actually she kept on the jacket because she said she had many tattoos and preferred not to display them at that moment.

<haha> Yes, lots of ladies do the same here in Miami, wear shorts with jackets or long sleeves even on warm days.
