My oldest Pentax...

Im not sure if this is good or bad! It's creative and artist though! How long have you had that cactus like that?

Not sure if I will want to "Like" this pic .... I have seen some better uses - like an alarm clock module installed in the body cavity instead of the cactus ....

Two years now... The cactus is doing fine !

The shutter mechanism was stuck, but still I wanted to give it a new function instead of just throwing it away. But for the next time (if I manage to live longer than my camera ), I will consider a clock. Thx for the nice suggestin !

I think it's a pity you did that, because it looks like the top cover is in an unusually good condition, and could have been used for spare parts. Same goes for mirror, focusing screen probably, etc.

From an artist's point of view and a gardener, lol, creative. I totally wore out my first K1000 it was not repairable.
