Toasted bread squares..

Peanuts

Chopped nuts...

Whatever I put out, it's all gone by morning.

Great photos and great accompanying story. Love the sharpness throughout and the great bokeh. Well done!

Here I thought you'd hopped on a plane and had inside access to the Blue Jays spring training camp. Great bird shot as to be expected.

They never say thank you those birds... but they let me take pictures.

After all the hype and the 80 million increase in payroll last year produced the worst team in recent memory, I've sort of blocked those Blue Jays out of my mind.

Great series! And a lovely bird!

Your blue jays are prettier than our blue jays - why does North America get more colourful birds than Europe? So unfair!

I always think everyone else's birds are prettier, I always thought our birds were kind of common place, until Europeans and others started commenting. I guess we all get used to what we've got, and think everything else has better looking birds.

So have I. It was more the psychological thought that if you were visiting in on spring training, spring might actually appear sooner than later given the winter we've had

Nice and sharp, haven't seen many blue jays yet. But the mockingbirds are every where and are so goofy.

I just took some today, that bird was such a ham. Like a feathered Jim Dandy!

Great clarity in these pictures, question how close were you when you took these pictures. I find blue jays are very hard to get close to,even if they see me thru the window they take off.
