Some shots from last year's Yosemite trip (plus one from Bodie), re-edited with my favorite new toy, Topaz Simplify.

The first two look like something out of a video game to me, and the second two, like paintings. I'm sure they were outstanding pictures even before the effects, but this is very cool! A different look for sure.

Thanks for the feedback! When I find a plug-in I like, I tend to milk it to death and use it on every picture. I'll move on to something else soon.

Really nice photos, great effect. I love the first one the best, but they're all awesome - really nice work!

Thanks ausmoose, I appreciate it!

This was the picture I actually meant to post. The waterfall was dried up when we were there, so I took an older picture from the year prior and pasted the water back in. I'm not a purist.

The water works really well there - it doesn't look like it was pasted in at all. Great job!!

Love your work Jerry. I have that plug in but haven't given it a shot yet.

The way you processed these is great! It doesn't look like a simple digital filter, but like an actual digital painting. And great landscapes, with vibrant colours. Well done!

Great treatment Jer, I hope you're making at least one canvas for your wall... they all look so classic.

I think I'll just toss out the old camera and kit. Can't compete with these. Well done.

These really have an interesting feel to them Jerry, I'm poor with editing like this but I sure like the treatment you applied.
