Oh Deer
Camera: K-5
Posted By: slowpez, 02-27-2014, 11:55 AM

A few mammals to take a break from insects.

Found outside the door of our RV

A national park deer. They are better behaved because they know you can't feed them. They wear flies as forehead ornaments.

Pregnant?

A teenager perhaps.

Down for the night

And just because I liked this one for some unknown reason

I think its just because they haven't seen a Pentax before, and are appreciating when a real gem of a camera (and photographer) come by.

Beautiful shots! I also really like the shot where they are just poking out of the tall grass.

Yes it was the 300 on the first one. The others were with the Sigma which is turning out to be a great little walk around lens. What is that about bacon and eggs? Am I supposed to cook? No one told me.

We will have been married 50 years next year and I don't believe he has ever mentioned it. Maybe that is why we have been married almost 50 years.

That's not a marriage that's nearly a life sentence.

So how are you only 21 exactly?

Seriously... congratulations for next year that's some achievement, well done.

Great pictures, all of them. I like the first one the best, very artsy. The one where they are looking up from the tall grass is great as well.
