I wonder what the fellow center-right is hoping to do with that flash gun on a bright, sunny day, with that huge-mongous lens?

I heard rumours of a Grey Owl, Crossbills, a Fox, now those were exciting.

These guys were discovering they all went to the same high school and having a male bonding moment, I didn't want to tell them they looked kind of idiotic, it would have ruined the moment.

Ya, Kerrowdown, you know us Scots want something more from life. ( I used to have a Scottish grandmother, so I get to be Scottish every fourth day, with sometimes an extra day on leap year.))

As usual a very fine set of critter portraits. The one in #2 seems to be a bit embarrassed, or posing I am not sure which, but I like it the best .

She is actually the shy one of this couple, the male came down and took food from my hand, she stayed up there and just looked. I put her food on a post nearby where she could land a 20 feet away from me.

Thanks, I feel like I've been shooting images of the same 6 birds for months now. I'm glad it's not boring for others, but I'm ready for the spring migration to come through.
