How to Change the Weather
Camera: K5 Photo Location: Palm Springs area, CA
Posted By: Bob Harris, 03-04-2014, 05:07 PM

The mountains above the Coachella Valley got snow over the weekend, but nothing on the flatlands. I took a photo of the windmills, inverted the colors using in-camera filters to create my own snow photo.

Far out, buddy. A clever idea produces a funky effect!

I agree, the impact of the color reversal is powerful. The perspective of the wind farm is great too! Nice shot.

Now I'm going to have to have a look at those in-camera filters. Neat effect Bob.

thanks Jer, sort of fun just messing with the camera editing with interesting results at times.

I liked the wind farm photo even before editing but the reversal gave it a other worldly effect I thought, thanks
