It's a nice picture. Personally, I'm not sure b/w or selective color improves it, but it certainly is interesting. And depending on the coloring of the scene, it might not have as much of a focal point if it were in color. But I wanted to say it - it's just my opinion, worth exactly what it cost you.

Great photo and place. I would suggest maybe making the roses B&W too, and only keep the moped/scooter in red?
Miss being in Paris, it's a great place.
