Gives good photo opportunities in Summer but is a pain when the leaves start to drop off.

I'm glad you showed us the source at last.

Don't think we get those here.

They thrive in a tropical climate but probably wouldn't go to well where you live.

Your roof repair looks good. I need something like that done to my roof. Do they fix up cracked mortar at the corners too?
I suppose there's the cost of a K3 or two in getting that done......

Regards

Yes Bob, that is the largest but I have a few small ones of the other coloured varieties.

Yes they replace any cracked tiles and repoint the capping tiles after they pressure clean the roof then coat it with a special paint that contains Teflon to make it last. The job was done 6 years ago and the tiles still look new. Cost me $5,000 but I think it was well worth it.

Our trees are taller, but don't look like that.

A lot of material there. We had a tree like that when we lived in Mt Isa many years ago. Alas I don't think they would tolerate the frosts here.

Yes this unusual to most, has a thick trunk whereas most are spindly.

They certainly don't like the cold weather.
