Lens: Vivitar S1 19-35mm Camera: K-30 Photo Location: WV
Posted By: TonyTurley, 03-16-2014, 05:07 PM

My wife and I took a weekend getaway and I got a lot of photos in several venues. It will take me days to work through all of them, but here's one I took very early this morning. The moon was full, and some stars were visible here and there through the clouds. The brightest star in the upper left is Spica. I also got Mars right above Spica, but for some reason RawTherapee automatically cropped several pixels wide around the edge of the frame, and I haven't figured out how to correct that. I am really liking the Vivitar Series 1 19-35mm on the K-30.

Tony - does Raw Therapee do automatic lens corrections? That might be where your Mars went.

It does, but I'm not sure if I have it enabled. Thanks for that tip.
