K10D + Sigma 17-70 or Sigma 10-20; I kept swapping throughout the day. I hate how you have to click the Large photo size in the All Sizes flickr page to get to the exif data.

Hmm, you're right, the last few are a little bit dark and need to be brightened a tad bit. I don't mind your version, and it makes the place look even nicer than it is, but it wasn't really what I saw. There was this thin fog/haze (or knowing China, pollution) throughout the whole day. Here in China, you never seem to get the beautiful blue skies that you see elsewhere in the world, e.g. back home in Australia.

Hangzhou (杭州). Don't worry if you've never heard of it, it's not as well know as say Beijing, Shanghai, Xian, etc. It's about 180km south west of Shanghai.
