I took a few rolls of film in December and am just now getting around to dealing with them. I posted a few in "Critique", but am going to throw a few sets in "Post" not because I don't want your critique, because I do, but just because I think they are slightly less interesting and there may not be as much to say about them. Always welcome any thoughts, observations, comments, proclamations, declarations or treatises.

I did a little straightening in Lightroom, but otherwise didn't change what was developed by the lab.

Nice series, I really like the second photo, has a great POV and colors.

Thanks. Yeah the 1st and 2nd ones are my favorites too.

#3 is interesting to me because it has the unmistakable film color scheme to it. Not saying I like that necessarily, but it looks like it was taken in 1978.

Those are nice. I was never consistently good with film. Some of my photos came out very good, and others were rubbish. I've learned a lot more since going digital years ago.

Well...I certainly didn't pose everything from that roll...

I am not someone who thinks film is better. There is so much that I can do with digital that I would never even try with film. But I like the way that it makes me compose and take pictures. I think it makes me better on my dSLR. Fortunately for us, the film lenses work great on our modern Pentax dSLRs, so I've got room in my life to do some of each.
