Took this pic from my car as it caught my eye...

Blown out highlights in the SUV but hey I only had a few secs to grab my cam and snap it as I was at the intersection

Cool picture! I like how the light poles and windows line up.

That looks insanely dangerous though, they need a cherry picker or a scisor lift!

that's actually weird. maybe they had a very good reason to do it like that, but the most ellegant way is using a rope. that area was overhanging, but the access is still much easyer and safer hanging from a rope, than the way pictured above. strange

I did that as I thought it gave the window washer more depth...and by angling the shot and lining the lamps to the windows, kept the feel of the straightness of the buildings patterns, yet gave it angle and a bit of depth as well.
