Something I don't often see at the feeder

I usually only see Song Sparrows at one of the Nature Centers...





The Dark-eyed Juncos are still hanging around too. In larger numbers now. They should be heading out into the woods in a few weeks.

Not a critical comment so much as an observation you understand...but a shame you didn't have time to focus upon the eyes as they look somewhat opaque and 'lifeless' as a consequence. This is the killer with bird 'togging isn't it, as the little buggers frequently catch us on the hop far more than we catch them in the ideal situation!
Having said as much, however, you totally caught the detail of this particular species of Lil' Jack m'man, which I have consequently enjoyed viewing.
