Street Fail

Street photography doesn't alway go according to plan... this lassie the subject of my shot, deciding to to see what what I was actually photographing, not knowing it was herself.

That low angle sun makes an interesting modelling light, doesn't it? Nothing flat about this exposure.

She grinned ear to ear in an embarrassed kinda way, as she realised it was herself I was photographing, but by then I was just looking and not photographing.

But that to me, that is the fun of "street photography" I never know what's coming next or who I'm going to be talking too next. As it happened this lassie was from the USA, over on a whistle stop tour of Europe, you know the type... 27 Capital Cities in 10 days.
