This guy was actually working.
He was inspecting and cleaning the rock faces and fissures and anchors used by recreational climbers.
I found it interesting that the Park Service pays someone to climb and clean rocks.

Thats a job / past time they can have all to themselves. Sat and watched some climbers in Zion a couple of years ago....no thanks.
