Not quite sure what I did here but it is supposed to be a picture of the moon LOL,

4 second hand held exposure (EXIF data), you moved the camera about on your subject. It is interesting idea for light painting as well.

I'd say the man in the moon was jitterbugging. It's a cool effect; if you cropped the shot to center around the moon and it's "tail," you could call it an abstract . . . . . . which I think would work rather well.
