Again, I bought this lens from Stephen and I have left it unused for over 5+ months before I realize what a gem that I have purchased from Stephen. I am not a flower and macro person, this is my 1st day with 1:2 macro close up shots on flowers

Lens: Pentax SMC-A 50mm f/2.8 Macro 1:2
Camera: K10D
JPG in bright image tone, +1 on sharpness, -1 on saturation
Aperture mostly f/2.8 and f/4.0 around sunset

I get most obstacles from the wind and dim light close to sunset. All test shots hand-held.

Thank you Stephen, I will keep practicing on those close up flower shot. And you are right that when you told me to use the 50 on flower and 100 for the bugs.

They are all very nice, but I find #3 and #5 really stands out and grabs me.
