Many of the great designers of automobiles were also great artists and designers in other genres. Beautiful artistic work.

Nice! Thanks for sharing. The old man (Ettore) created motor cars that were visual and aural works of art. While I haven't had the pleasure of personally seeing and hearing a Veyron, I distinctly remember seeing a couple of racing Type 35s (I think) in historic racing a few years back, and, while the cars were as elegant and simply beautiful in the metal as they are in photos, the scream of the supercharged straight-eight was something to behold, in itself.

Ettore's father was a furniture and jewellery designer, so the family influence on him was clearly great, and passed to his children, as this exhibition testifies. Lovely subject, well photographed. Thanks again.
