I really like the composition of the shots, esp. 3 and 4, good work


A word of caution, though -- Red can seriously clip/compress with JPEGs, so be really careful on your compression settings when saving or your camera settings. Notice, the red car has compression artifacts and some color loss while the blue car looks just fine.

I had the same exact thing happen to me when I photographed a silver item with the same shade of red -- lost lots of detail in the red. Shooting in RAW solved this, as the detail loss was directly from the camera's JPEG shot *eek*

I'm still not sure why this happens, but I've noticed it before. Shiny red is difficult !

now thats an awesome combo.. nice shots mate.. that rex looks schmik. i just recently purchased a 99' wrx STi . fantastic cars really. im a v8 nut, but this subaru i just bought is a nice car to burn around the corners. it leaves my holden for dead! (apart from the straight lines) hehe

Most of my shots have been jpegs so far. I've only taken a few RAWs. I'll prob. start shooting more in RAW to get more detail.

Definately a fun car. That vette in my shots is putting down 450-480 whp
