These are so beautiful~number 1 is brilliant &
I think number 2 is my favorite.
Reminds me of a shop I frequented in Montmartre.

Thanks! I loved the look of that shop. We were with family who wanted to do the Hop On / Hop Off bus which is not really my idea of the way to see a city but it did present a good way to take photos from a different point-of-view.

Have you entered the k3 contest?
I think today is the last day to enter.
If not, I would definitely enter #2.
I love them all and 1 is gorgeous but 2 just really captivates me
& it makes sense that you caught these from a tour bus, I wondered
how you were getting those angles.

Thanks for sharing, very nice. What lenses/focal lengths did you find best? I'm going there for three weeks in September.

Thanks for the comments! CeciProAm, I decided on another photo to enter the contest, and I noticed you commented on it. Thanks! I hadn't thought to enter but might as well!

calculator01 - I used my Pentax 18-135 a lot because it's a great walk-around lens and since it's weatherproof, I didn't have to worry about putting the camera away when it started to rain and I put that to the test! The only time I brought out my 300 zoom was when we took a bus tour and I used my 10-20 Sigma at the cemetery. Could really have just taken the 18-135 an ben perfectly happy with it.

Right on, thanks for that info. I was thinking the 15, 43, and 18-135 for my trip.
