The Frenzy runs from now through Midnight Tuesday June 3rd.

The rules are simple, but be sure to read them!
Rules
WSSA
by
Rupert2009, on
Flickr

Submit only one entry photo. This will be the one for request for
Membership into the WSSA. After approval, you will be issued a Member
Number and can come back into this thread and post as many as you
desire......as long as your post is signed by your Member Name/ Number.
Example
Rupert #125 PX
( The PX denotes I am a Pentax shooter) If you are not shooting with a
Pentax, you are still welcome but will be given a "PF" to denote you are
a Pentax Forum Member with another brand of camera.

I am going to be working four different Frenzies at four different
sites....so if I appear slow, try to have a little patience, I will do
my best to keep up with Member Numbers etc!

Any questions you have, post them in this thread so all can see and
benefit from the answer.

Late breaking news! Otis is so certain that we will not get 50
new posters here on the Pentax Forums WSSA Frenzy that he has bet an
additional $50. we won't make it! That ups the amount that can be
donated to the site to $150.!!!
You all know Otis is always right...how many times have we heard it
here? For once, can we just prove Otis is sometimes wrong! Post
those shots, encourage others to do the same. All we need is 50 shooters
out of the thousands here!

Best Regards ....and most of all have fun!
Rupert #125PX

Link to where all the new member shots will be posted in the group pool with your number and posting name.

I'm back with more new Member Numbers! Had to stop and prepare lunch for Mrs Rupert when she got in from Church......she doesn't have much patience for squirrely business, so a Frenzy is not an acceptable excuse for her. I don't mind...if you ate her cooking you'd know why!

We are moving right along, Otis came up on the deck a little while ago and I could see him sweating! He claims it is the high humidity today, but I know it is the $150. he sees leaving his beer fund if we reach 50 new WSSA Members here by Tuesday at midnight! ...just an observation from an old squirrel shooter.....sweaty squirrels have a real bad odor, sort of like a wet possum, maybe worse?

Welcome new & proud WSSA Members! Show those numbers when you do follow up posting!

I was watching Otis' Big Screen out in the Woods of Otis a few minutes ago and it looks like he wasn't happy with the views on the WSSA Group Pool...so he snatched them all and is showing them on his site too. They do view better and easier there..... https://www.flickr.com/photos/124271639@N07/with/14314034185/
This is Otis' personal site, but if anyone objects to him having their shots there, I will give you his E-mail and you can tell him yourself......although I wouldn't advise it! He has promised that there will be only WSSA Squirrels on his site, and no naked girly squirrels or anything that would damage the high moral values he is teaching the youngsters in his Army of Squirrels.

He did ask about that "competing thread" he hoped to see on Pentax Forums Post Your Photos .....the one about "Naked Girls in a Frenzy".
Keep looking Otis, maybe it will post soon!

Best Regards...be back in a couple of hours with new numbers!

Got to say, you guys are posting some great shots! I had to ask Otis to calm down the cheering as your shots pop up on his Big Screen out in the Woods of Otis. I think they have had a little too much cold beer on this hot day, and the excitement is getting them in a ...Frenzy!

Welcome proud new WSSA Members...post your numbers proudly when you add more shots to this thread!

markvc-----WSSA #473PX
Franc------WSSA #474PX

We are moving right along, if we can keep up the pace, we can get that beer money from Otis for Pentax Forums and also make him admit, for once, he was wrong!

BTW- Most of you know Otis does work for the intelligence community, and can access most any record on earth. I did uncover a plan where he will have his phone bank of Army Squirrels to call WSSA Members and tell them their WSSA numbers have been stolen, and for a small fee, they can get them back safely. If that doesn't work, they will tell you that they found photos of naked squirrels on your computer and will expose you unless you contribute a large sum of cash to their Army.
Don't a fall for this scam, your Member Numbers are secure and I doubt any of you have naked squirrels on your computers...anyhow, I hope not!

Best Regards!

My sincere apology! I see I also missed two more......Let me offer an excuse, everyone has an excuse nowadays, it's in great fashion!

I am old, have two bad feet...and hobble around (broken ankle and broken foot), was up until 3am this morning on this Frenzy......was being hounded by Mrs Rupert for being up so late over a bunch of "worthless squirrels", am not the sharpest tack in the box anyhow, and if you listen to Otis..."just plain old dumb".

Anyhow, you will be in the next batch of new Members...I can tell you that your number will be WSSA # 475PX!

Otis was scanning the web and came across this a little while ago....can you guys all say "squirrel"?
For a small fee,of course, Otis will give lessons to any WSSA Member needing help in speaking the language of squirrels. Honestly, if he contacts you...I'd pass up the offer. I've seen so many "Otis Scams" that I am leery of anything he has to offer.
Germans have a really hard time saying 'squirrel' - The Week

When he brought me that link, we were looking out the window and a cute young girly squirrel came by on the fence and Otis said "Look at the tail on that chick!!" He wanted me to get him a shot for his Oak Tree Penthouse wall....and, not wanting to argue with him...I did!

She was a cutie.....but I couldn't get a full shot because she was going topless on this hot summer day.

Some of these Army Squirrels need more exercise and less food....

Best Regards!

More new Members! Love to see it!

Congratulations, and show your number proudly....you earned it out shooting those ferocious squirrels!

Think old Rupert was kidding you? Be careful out there, make sure your squirrels are well fed before attempting to get closer than a 500mm lens!
BBC NEWS | Europe | Russian squirrel pack 'kills dog'

Some shooting tips from an old squirrel shooter...

Fat squirrel with an apple slice, going topless on a summer day.....no danger here..shoot away..even a 10mm lens will not get you attacked.

Dreaded Devil Squirrel...Can claw your eyes out before you can blink! Don't look him in the eye, and back away slowly. I took a chance on this shot and I was at 500mm and shooting through my office window! I was afraid he was going to knock out the glass and come right on in, it made him so angry!

Regards!
