Flatirons at sunrise
Posted By: Mark Castleman, 01-27-2007, 09:58 AM

As has been discussed to weariness, no amount of computer jiggery-pokery can substitute for catching something with just the right light.

The Flatirons are a fascinating remnant of the Ancestral Rockies and and really emblematic of Boulder. I carried my camera with me every day, and left home early, for many days before finally catching them at just the right time.

K10D, f/6.7, 1/45, ISO400, 100mm
