OK so Wilbur (that's what they call the lobster) is a little over the top, but you can get a "Lobstah dinnah" with all the fixens for $9.95. Of course the best time of year is mid summer so you can order a "sheddah" because they are "sweetah".

Regards,

Thanks carol. Getting lobster fresh from the pound cost so little it makes it a regular meal for me.

Okay, next week when I'm back in NB I'm going to Shediac and getting a picture of the giant lobster there. We can have a giant lobster thread!

Julie

Oh yeah, almost forgot - the Shediac lobster hasn't been cooked!

Mouth watering memories!! I need some South Australians to jump in here with photos of the big crayfish at Kingston in the South East.

We used buy them direct off the boats by the wheat bag full for a few $$......and they used to weigh around 1.5 kg each.....delicious.

This is making me really hungry.
Cheers
Grant

No Fair! now I'm hungry...There is a minorly (is that a word?) famous seafood place in Rhode Island. Name of Bertha's. They have about 20 different ways of cooking mussels. They sell bumper stickers. "Eat Bertha's Mussels"

I miss the Dungeness Crabs off the Oregon coast, and the mussels, and the clams, and the ocean perch, and and and and I'm really hungry now...

Nice shot. Love the reds.

Will have to come and visit and we can have some of that common lunch food together and discuss all things photography and Photo Shop, what say?

Clarence,
Open invitation. would love the chance to visit and talk. I used Ben's way of bumping the saturation. Seems to work well.

Yes! Post a picture of that lobster! Even though it is not as colourful, that thing is HUGE! I've got one pic of it in from my Fuji shots...where is it?

Regken - I might be allergic to seafood, but that's a great looking lobster. I enjoy watching my family burying their faces in these things.
