Macro Cheap Macro

Not a super expensive combination :
K100D Super
Sigma 28-90 1:2.8 So called Macro lens
+ 4 close focus filter
And cheap nasty ring flash ( Don't buy one of these )

No seriously , the K100D is the only camera the Ring flash works with , and I own a few cameras , so take my advice and avoid it .. ( Its a TOY )

excellent results for a budget setup (or any set up really) lots of detail. I have the 28-80 version of this lens which I used for a few years for its 1:2 macro capabilities, under rated I think. Even without a filter, and just a small crop gave me reasonably good results.
