Subtle Macro

Just enjoying this awesome little lens my "Femme Fatale" (SMC Pentax-A 50mm F2.8 Macro) and what she's capable of.

Yep, she's a beauty, as this shot shows. A good lens for reversing, too, either on bare extension or coupled to a longer lens.

Now that's getting a bit technical for me, I only bought her as a spur of the moment thing, as macro is not really my bag... yet.

Yep, and it's catching. I did the same, bought some closeups just to dally in the macro world, now I have two Raynox diopters, a set of closeups and extension tubes, and a reverse ring, plus a Tamron SP 90mm M lens. And so far this is all I seem to want to shoot now days.

Oh, and that's a nice close shot. Very pretty!

Thanks very much, I just liked the subtle muted greens of this shot.

Just a room! all castles have many rooms, so I can afford to take many more shots yet before I need to worry.
