Anyone who disparages the kit lens ought to look at this capture... You're posting some great monochromes lately--the Slovene war cemetery in the "Challenges" thread is special as well.

Thanks a lot! Yes, as said as before: the kit is one of my favourite travel lenses. I only wished it was a little wider at the wide end..... Once you're accustomed to a 10-20 mm the 18mm of the kit feels like a tele....

Thank you! And yes, although I only noticed the man after I exported the photo. It was a Belgian couple we met during the hike, and it seems I made the photo a tad too early. Thought about cloning him out, but he doesn't do any harm in his little corner, I guess....
