Last Light on the Prairie
Camera: K5 Photo Location: Falcon Colorado
Posted By: Bob Harris, 07-15-2014, 07:24 PM

The last of the sunset with light sweeping across the prairie grass is what attracted me to taking this photo. Pikes Peak is on the upper left

the light was what attracted me Jim, I've tried to see the "light" over the last year to improve my photographs. Thanks for taking time to comment and the kind words.

thanks Tony, this is one of the few trees we have on the prairie so I was glad to be able to include it in the photo.

Wow, really beautiful, especially the way the light is sweeping across the grass. That couldn't have been easy to capture.

and the odd thing is, we have been here for 3 months now and have not seen this sunset color again across the plains. Must of been the light was just right for this capture. Thanks so much for commenting.
