During my vacation a couple of weeks ago, we stopped by Cherry Spring State Park in PA to do some stargazing.
The night was cool with little cloud but the moon was there. Took this picture near midnight showing part of the Milky Way.
The effect was better than I expected considering the is my first stab at astrophotography.

A nice moody shot. I like the composition too, which not something you generally see in an Astro shot.
