Had a few days in Edinburgh... still carrying my trusty k200d around, all shots with the kit lense.

i was more than slightly taken by the chimneys, we dont have those in Norway.

Lovely city... il be back to scottland for sure (the highlands next time)

Very nice. Health and Safety might have a comment about the sash and case that goes to the floor (I'd put good money on the bottom sash not having toughened glass). I'm going over during the Fringe so I'll be hoping to get pictures as good as these (emphasis on 'hoping')

Hi Johndav, yeah those windows where everywhere,
my hotelroom had it down to the floor and i could jump out and down
to something similar to a balcony... except for the jumping downwards thing,
and the climbing back up after taking a smoke lol.

The city is really lovely with interesting architecture, you must take a walk
around the Old Town when you visit.
