the Unfurling
Lens: 18-250mm Camera: K-3 Photo Location: Falcon, CO

We travel fulltime in our motorhome and decided to take a plant with us to enjoy as we travel. Our first bloom and in less than 12 hours our first flower on the hibiscus that our great grandchild named "Biscuit". This is so much easier to raise than our children were I can tell you and it hasn't spoken back at us yet.

She's two years old and I think overheard us talking about the hibiscus plant. The next time she came over she walked by the plant and said "Hi Biscuit", the innocence of youth, so cute.
