Garden of the Gods
Lens: 18-250mm/43mm Camera: K3/K5 Photo Location: Colorado Springs, CO

A study of Upheaval and Erosion. Photos from this years trip through the park, this is the first day we have had in weeks to photograph the area, but the contrast of green against the sandstone is beautiful to view. .

Bob,

The red rock challenges Sedona as the most intense colors in North America! Nicely done. I may have to go there to compare to Sedona.

I have a Sedona thread I just answered and I agree with you Sedona has much more of an intense red to the sandstone, especially when the light hits it right.

beautiful area and lots to do up this way Tony but they do get their share of cold and snow, we'll be South of course by then.

I have a Sedona thread I just answered and I agree with you Sedona has much more of an intense red to the sandstone, especially when the light hits it right.
