...there was a pretty good warm up act. We were fortunate enough to be at the lake where there was almost no breeze, a rare occurrence in these parts. Had it not been for the persistent 3,456,727 mosquitoes showing kamikaze pilot /al Qaeda resolve in attacking us we may have stayed a little longer

What an absolute marvelous set of images Dave, # 1 and 3 in particular, never mind the Quito's if you get images like these.

haah Thanks Heinrich - just heard today that with the previous wet day , then a few weeks of scorching weather and some recent humidity the 'squitors are as bad as they have ever been in over a decade.
