King of the Mountain
Camera: K3 Photo Location: Colorado

Photo is from the Great Sand Dunes NP in Colorado where the dunes are 750 foot high, the tallest in America and cover over 30 sq. miles. If you look carefully there are people on the peak, boards are brought in or rented to be able to ski or slide down. Walking to the vantage point for this photo was enough sand in the shoes for me.

Wow now that's give it a real sense of scale I would not have guessed it was that huge.
