Spring is nigh. Musk Lorikeets are among the jet fighters of the parrot world, so I'm happy to have caught him at home.

It looks like it, doesn't it!. I'm often amazed at how they can turn around in such tight spaces. The 'log' is actually a sawn off tree limb about 8 feet off the ground. This is their natural habitat for nesting.

I'm always confused by their size. Not sure if they're fat or just fluffy.
