Night at Roosevelt, Seattle
Lens: Pentax-A 50mm F/1.7 Camera: Pentax K-50 Photo Location: Seattle, WA
Posted By: whk1992, 08-29-2014, 04:06 AM

I couldn't sleep tonight, so I decided to go out for a walk. Took a couple photos near I-5 in Seattle.

Still playing with my lovely A50/1.7. Flare is definitely observable, and somehow I like it.

Wonderful images that brings back memories. I always tried to stay out of the "suicide" lanes for the 7 years we were up there. That was one of the few detriments of living on the rock.

Thank you!

I wasn't certain if any part of the photo was under/overexposed, so I took a few shots of the same location with different shutter speeds just to be safe

I used to live in Lynnwood and commute to U District daily. Without the reversible lanes, cars would start queuing in Northgate instead of Ship Canal Bridge!

Thanks!

Those pictures obviously were post-processed. In the past few days, I finally figured out how w/b could be adjusted in Lightroom! That really made a huge difference in the tone.
