my name is Gerrit, I am 16 years old and attend to high school in Germany. In January I bought my first DSLR, a Pentax K-5II by my pocket money together with the SMC- FA 100mm/2.8 WR Prime Lens because I wanted to take macro pictures. I was really fascinated of this camera and spend much time by taking macro photos of beans and flowers, but after a while it became boring only being able to take such photos and I saved up to add the Tamron 17-50mm/2.8 to my collection. With this lens I discovered the world of portrait photos, although it is not perfect for this. I would like to have a very good lens for taking portrait photos because I really love it to take pictures of people expressing feelings, but I haven't got any money left at the moment to invest in such a lens. :fed up: I would be so pleased, if I got it, please make my dream become true!! Thank you!

Nice portrait!
One of the big selling points of Pentax is used lenses! When you get the funds, buy some old manual lenses cheap and have a ball!
