Okay, I'm a hopeless addict to gun dogs specifically and any dog in general. And what would be spring without puppies!

Here's our latest addition to the family, Kirin, and her daddy Jäger. We lost his sister Holly Dolly (my wife's dog, and how the two of us met twelve years ago) almost exactly a year ago. By chance the woman who owns the champion Griff bitch for last year lives just down the road from us, liked what she saw in Jags, and we bred them about Christmas time. Kirin (now nicknamed "the little beer dog") came home last week at ten weeks old, and has been keeping us busy ever since. Jags is getting the worst of it as she can't resist latching on to his ears with her little demon teeth, and he's too good natured to run her off.
