First Day of School pictures are not that interesting unless you're the grandparent, I know, but I have to say from a photo rendering standpoint, I'm pretty happy with this one. Colors, separation, etc. I did post process it a bit, but it came out of the camera pretty nice. Kicked the crap out of last year's picture. :-)

My focal length turned out to be 53mm, I was going for 70ish, but didn't quite have the room. Shot in Tav mode and ISO was actually 280.

By the way, one finger for 1st grade.

Nice picture. Nothing like that bond between a child and their dog.
