some Grand Canyon Color
Lens: 43 ltd Camera: K-3 Photo Location: Grand Canyon AZ
Posted By: Bob Harris, 09-12-2014, 08:07 PM

We had rain in the am and in the pm when returning to Williams AZ, but the clouds would part at times displaying the color of the canyon. I took the K5 and K3 and exchanged different lenses to compare results but honestly couldn't see much difference in these landscapes. I shot this with the K3 and my favorite lens, the 43mm ltd.

Wow just look at those colours, nature can pull out the stops every now and again.

It was all about the light here, really helped get a few decent photos during the day.

thanks so much, glad you have enjoyed my photos on our travels, like I said it was all about the light, many of the photos I uploaded are drab so I was happy with this one for sure.

I love the play of light and shadow. And, of course, the colors.
