Nice shots. A treat to me. These birds seem so exotic as they are alien to my world.

I like the back-light shot - technically the worst of the lot but viscerally the best.
It's so often how we really see wildlife out in the bush.

Nice shot with the bugs, I have often seen them with insects but have never got a clear shot of one in the act.

thanks Bruce, I've given up trying to catch one in flight when they're scooping up insects, they're just too quick, but they quite often keep returning to the same perch, I stay focused on the perch and wait for their return.
