I don't know why I deserve the lens, my girlfriend told me to just write so...and I'm writing in the last day, but here I go...
I love photography! but I wasn't able to enjoy it as much as I wanted, in my country life is hard and as an entrepreneur it's even harder.
Back when I was 10 years old I used to take my father's old canon and shoot without film, later as a teenager I save all my money to buy film for 36 pictures and take pictures of the beach or my friends and family.
I had two Lumix cameras point and shoot back in 2008 and 2009, those two years I was robbed at my business, so the thieves enjoy a camera per year.
Last year I bought a used Canon zoom camera at eBay, but just because I couldn't afford the Pentax K-x I've always wanted, so after saving for almost a year and selling my Canon, I finally got it used on eBay in past November for my birthday, and my girlfriend cousin brought it to me, I love it!
Although I can't afford buying even a speed light, I do my best and read everything I can online to learn more, I have a two more lenses like really old ones! a Chinon 50mm and a Coastar 135mm both manual nothing fancy, I bought them by selling more stuff!
But I'm happy! Capturing my friends, family and people I know in the way I see them it's wonderful and makes me happy, even if I'm not as good as a photographer yet, I really want to improve and someday the people will see those pictures and remember me and makes them feel happy as I was when I took them.
