Ok, I finally broke down and bought one (an FA50/1.4), got a pretty good deal at Henry's.

Took a quick break from cutting the lawn to take these... nothing spectacular, but I thought I'd put up the obligatory first shots...

Very nice. Number 3 is my favorite. It is a very good lens and capable of so much more than I can make it do.
