posting this pic, for no other reason than to "show off' my amazing country...hope you enjoy! we have hundreds of beaches just like this, which you can have all to yourself for the day!! oh, and this was taken during our spring..

Another great shot. You get the most out of that 12-24. Wishing I had one. Australia is a beach for sure, you can even park your ship on them.

Nice shot, Shayne (are you trying to sell SUVs?). Beautiful colour in the water. Where is it? Sadly, I was forced to spend a day in a penthouse at Mooloolabah a week or so ago and I took this panorama with my Panasonic LF1. As gmans said, hope you don't mind interlopers on your thread, but it is for the Canadians. (Not many people on the beach because it was cold - only about 24C.)
